I have a Kodiak Canvas 10x14 and have had as many at 4 on cots in it for 5 days. Barely enough room to scratch your behind with 4 cots but we slept well. It's fine for 3, a cot on each end and one on the back wall. It is great for 2 and a palace for 1. Easy set up and stands up well to wind and snow.

Check out Snowtrekker. Easy setup for one person, variety of sizes, light-weight with several of their models in the 20-lb range. It is a true 4-season tent that breathes very well. Lots of YouTube hot-tent videos that will give you a good idea of their reliability in all kinds of weather and their quality. They use an Easton aluminum frame and their designs have been tweaked over the years based on user feedback. Just google them on YouTube.

like others have said, a wall tent can be set up by one person pretty easily. Just don't wait until your first hunt to try and figure it out.

If you are set on the need for a single tent for 3-4 people with room for gear/stove, a wall tent is probably the best option.
