I just picked up a Banish 12 and a 21” barrel for the M2 to see how it would work to potentially help the hearing on dogs and myself. It’s too late for the lab I have now but hopefully the next dog won’t suffer the hearing loss he has. The 21” swings nice with the suppressor on it. There is additional weight but I feel it’s something a guy could get used to easily. My spare 28” M2 is pretty light at 7 lb, 1.1 oz. I added the 21” barrel and Banish 12 to my main M2 and it didn’t add much weight (21” w/Banish is 7lb, 15.6oz) and moves the balance point towards the barrel roughly 1-2”. I will try to get out and shoot some ducks before the season ends in two weeks and give a field report.
