Balistic calculator surprise

My understanding is that aerodynamic jump is frequently over stated by Applied Ballistics software. I’m not sure what system the OP is using but that seems to be the case here doesn’t it? 4 tenths at 200 yds with only a 12 mph cross wind seems crazy.
Something seems off to push it that much, but he said he was using Hornady not AB.

Seems to me he has something off in the inputs. That's usually the cause of crazy errors.
 
The general consensus is I entered something wrong. In the Hornady app, if you go into the table and scroll right it lists the no-wind trajectory and the aerodynamic jump separately.

For my .223 with 80gr smk and 12mph 90° wind it is saying .22 mil.

.22 mil being aerodynamic jump - the difference between a 90° wind and the no-wind trajectory. So the difference between a right and left 90° would be .44 mil.
