Is it possible to draw a Gould's turkey tag in AZ without Max points?

Yes but unlikely. Am up to 18 bonus points and still haven’t drawn.

Can always go to Mexico if you don’t want to potentially wait years.

80% of tags go to random draw so most hunters out there could’ve had any number of points. Some areas don’t have bonus pass tags so none are going to max points (unless by coincidence)
