If we don't start getting more solid info on what these guys are doing I am going to cancel my order. Paying upfront 2.5 months in advance and getting the run around is not gona fly. The idea that there gona sit in customs for a month is total bul shit. Sounds like these ****ers are robing peter to pay paul.

Looks like I just screwed the pooch. I had to modify my order with a new address. Since the shipping got delayed to late August now I'll be moving so I entered my new address. I checked the order but it still had my current address. I followed the modify/cancel like they suggested but it makes you cancel your order in order to modify it. I did that to get a new order going with the future address. Well the Rokslide discount is no longer an option with the new order so it looks like I screwed up. I've sent an email and am looking for a phone number to hopefully get it straightened out. Damn

RTIC never promised stock on hand and when me and my buddies ordered coolers we knew what the wait was up front. All our coolers shipped by ship date and some early. Couldnt be happier with the product.

They didn't promise stock in hand but they promised a very early ship date, something like 2-3 weeks. If you got your order on time you may have been the only one. Looking through the threads it looks like it took 3-4 months for most people..

Unless you ordered yours way later, because I think they have finally (a year later) caught up on orders because I've been seeing the coolers in local gas stations..

I bought three of the tumblers from Atlas this spring. When I ordered them, the website said they were in stock. After almost two months, I'd received a couple emails apologizing for the delay and saying that shipping was imminent. Then I received a UPS tracking number. I was excited to get them and try them out. Nothing.... Three weeks later I get an email saying that I haven't received them by June 3, I'd receive 50% of the order total credited back to my credit card. June 4th I wrote and asked about the status of my credit and the tumblers. Nothing back from them. A few days later, they showed up. No further communication from them.

It seems like a short-term, poor business model. I wouldn't do business with them again.

I canceled my order, from what I see the group buy price isn't too much less then what Walmart is selling them for. Might as well get my money back now incase they have refund issues in the future.

I canceled an order for tumblers after getting a few OT from Walmart, was refunded in my account within a few days. Just have to cancel online, guess we'll see this go around.

What's crazy is the 26quart from Walmart was the same price as the 30 quart in the group buy. So really I don't see that this buy saved us money when Walmarts prices are already 25% less they just advertise a smaller quart size on their coolers.

I have been bogged with work, but reached out to Atlas' owner today to check status.

Last I heard, he was overseas.

I didn't even bother. I just put a stop payment on my CC. USAA is usually pretty quick about it
