Are the Asolo Sasslong being discontinued? I was looking on STP and it looks like all the had were 11s. These boots really interested me and I need a new pair of hiking boots.

I don't know about being discontinued but I just picked up a pair on STP last month and really like them. Still breaking them in.

These boots are awesome. i would try get some. I had a pair for nearly 2 years. longest a pair of boots has lasted me. really comfy

For the price you could pick them up for on STP, they were a great value. I have a little over a year on mine and used them all hunting season last year and all this year as my work boot (light construction). They are still H2O proof and solid in every way. I am going to pick up something else if they are discontinued, but would prob get another pair if still in production.

I only have about three month into mine but I really like them! Been wearing them for training hikes and everyday at the office and can't say anything bad about them. Probably the best boots I've ever bought in terms of value for the dollar at the discounted price on STP. When I ordered mine I thought they had other sizes in stock also but I do wear an 11 so I can't remember for sure on whether they had other sizes. I have a pair of Kenetreks also and now I'm debating between these Asolo and the Kenetreks for my September elk hunting.
