Arizona NON PERMIT lion tag

I see that I need a statewide NR license for my upcoming lion hunt. That can be purchased online easily. It appears I need a NON PERMIT lion tag as well. However, I do not see where it is available online. Does anyone know if it is? I have tried to call AZ GFD all morning and just get a busy signal. Not sure why they are so busy.

You can purchase one OTC but about the only thing you can buy online is your license.

Thanks Vince, That's exactly the conclusion I came to as well. Bought my license yesterday. Plan to find a place to get the permit when I get there. Any idea on the cost for NR? Didn't see that on site either.

Draw deadline for elk/antelope is today, thats why the phone is busy.. You can buy an OTC lion tag at Wal-mart, Cabelas, Bass Pro, Sportsman Warehouse, and I am sure a few other places
