AR-15 Advice

On the Aero
It Looks like Troy ambi mag release (~$60),
Magpul SL (~$40),
ballistic advantage rail
(~$100+),
YHM 3 port brake (~$40), Streamlight HL-X (~$130),
BCM vert grip (~$20),
Magpul MBUS gen 3 BUIS (~$100),
KAK lefty BCG (~$130),
Radian raptor ch (~$100)

I’m unsure on the barrel, gas block, gas tube, upper receiver, buffer system and lower parts. I’m guessing mil spec
What is your end use goals/hopes/dreams

I bet it'll be a fine build. The only negative with buying "custom" ARs is you don't the quality of the parts or the assembler. That said, most parts will work fine. Besides, it wouldn't hurt you to tear down the build and then reassemble it to ensure correct assembly. Even if you're a novice, with a fool tools, a vise, and internet connection, you can do the entire thing in an hour maybe.

Getting LH parts does make it hard to source some items. The unknown parts are what will make or break the rifles function. It will likely run and be a fine place to start plinking. KAK BCGs aren’t too bad at their price so I’m betting it’s got at least Aero barrel and other Aero lower parts.

You could probably do a little better for the same price in the RH market though.

Would you buy the IwI Zion-15 or ALG Wl Jefe over it?

Would you stick with the Aero build or go with the Zion or El Jefe?

If you want the left-handed upper, @Southpaw5280 , go with the gunbroker deal you made and be ready to have to tune things up. You might get lucky, but as others have noted, we never know the quality or competence of someone else's build. As a set of parts it looks pretty solid, but be prepared to have to learn AR tuning with it, as opposed to it being out-of-the-box solid.

Buy a brand new ruger or s&w for that price without all the random parts. If you really want to budget get a PSA rifle. Aero has had a lot of quality issues lately they are not the company from 6-10 years ago.
