Anyone used the RAB Photon pants?

I can get a smoking deal on them, they are constructed similarly to the Kifaru LP pants, use a nearly identical insulating fabric and weigh 3 ounces less. Other than the black color, they seem pretty legit, especially for the deal I can get on them. Anyone used them?

I have a friend who claims these are the best insulating pants he has ever had. I've always been interested in them..
