IW Hybrid Hunter vs Hybrid 26 vs Max Hunter.

Currently using IW Hybrid hunters. Looking at maybe the Hybrid 26 or max hunter. Which will steer a broad head better? Pros and cons of any of them is appreciated. Is there enough of a difference to even see a change?

The Max Hunter is taller and will steer larger broadheads better. I've used the Hybrid 26 vanes on mechanicals and they worked very well. If you want to try them (and more), Knock-On Archery sells an assortment pack. It will save you some money over buying full packs of vanes while you experiment. Good Luck.

The iron Will hybrid Hunter is the same vane as a Max Hunter but uses the hybrid material. I much prefer the max material over Hybrid material but between those two I don’t think you will see a difference.

Max Stealth is a hybrid 26 but with max material and they are fantastic.

If you want to try something else the Iron Will vane not the hybrid is a good vane but tall.

I’m also liking 4 DCA mini sabers currently.

I have some posts in the past 3-4 months talking about 8-10 different vanes. I ordered a bunch and talked about my previous favorites.

Still dang hard to beat a 3 or 4 fletch max stealth for performance and noise.

I have used both for a few years now and don’t notice a difference. I prefer the max hunters because they have been more durable for me, but have heard others say the opposite.
