Isnt the accupoint the replacement for the now-discontinued accupower?
Ive used accupoint 1-6, 3-9 and credo 3-9. Not the 2.5-12 though. My accupoint is pretty bright during daylight. Not rds bright, but plenty bright any time reticle visibility is even remotely an issue for a hunting scope. And its always on. To me its very worthwhile in the right situation and I really like my accupoint, more so than the equivalent credos.
I find the clicks on the trijicon capped turrets to be fairly crisp, but its quite easy to lift and inadvertently spin the turret when uncapped. If I were looking for a dialing scope it would not be my choice for this reason. That said I know at least a few people do this. If Inwas planning to dial more than extremely rarely Id get a scope that is more purpose-built for dialing.
