I find them online from small-unheard of places, but in my experience they often don't actually have them in stock. Anyone found any recently?
PM'd you my number.I might still have a few boxes id probably sell or trade. I will look and get a count on them if you're interested
I agree with 35whelenAI. I used to shoot nothing but accubonds and took plenty of elk with good results. I haven't seen 7mm accubonds anywhere in like 3 years. I switched to hammers and not looking back. I saw some 7mm partitions for $75/50 Count at Sportsmans. At that price , hammers are better and cheaper.Have you considered going Hammer route, find one that fits your rifling twist and make it so.
It's to the point, depending on your caliber, you have to go with what you can work with, when it's available, and isn't being priced to take your nuts off.
I had gotten a similar response out of Sierra. The guy said the would start making hunting bullets again, be patient its gonna take a while…In the last couple of weeks I have talked to Nosler and Hornady. Like you, I have been trying to find 140 grain accubonds for my 280 ackley. According to both companies Production for bonded bullets has been suspended. They can make bullets like the ELDX much faster and they’re cheaper to make. Although, Nosler did say that they were planning a run of 7mm bullets early this year. They didn’t say if that was partitions, accubonds or what. They also wouldn’t elaborate of what early meant. That could be January, could be June.
