I am sure the dude spends $$$$ on advertising.
I want to know if anyone has experience with his products?

I am in no ways a fad guy or wanting quick fixes. But I recognize, some nutrients that arent easily available are easily supplimented.

embarassingly, i'm doing one of his programs right now. the actual lifting program was only $67, and it's been a nice break from the past 5 years of long zone 2/3 training. It's also a very boring program, 90 days of workouts, but only 6 distinct workout combos.

i've lost 20 pounds between the workouts and being more attentive to my diet (and just eating less). he will email you at least 5x a day if you do sign up. also, every single video is long form, so it's 20-60 minutes before he gets to his point, and there's no way to fast forward. it took a few tries for the unsubscribe button to be effective.

This is coming from a dude that has been varying levels of a little fat to real fat most of my life.
I've tried a ton of programs, diets, pills you name it. Last year I took Ryan Lampers up on his 90 day carnivore challenge. Man what a blessing that turned out to be. Lost 50 lbs in that 90 days. Was never hungry, my body relearned the signals telling me I was full, my joints stopped hurting, my bloating and gas went away. That plus daily 45min-hour walks and lifting 3 times per week got me in way better shape come hunting season. Fell off that cycle when hunting season rolled around and gained back about 10lbs over winter. Currently back on carnivore and the above fitness work since February and man I'm at the leanest I've been since the first few years of my Army stint. I'f you're anything like me and have been chasing your tail trying to dial in on something that is sustainable give this a go.
