Anybody got any tips on hunting antelope or mule deer in SouthDakota or North Dakota?

Anybody got any tips on hunting antelope or mule deer in South Dakota or North Dakota? Which state is better? which gets more pressure? How hard are the tags to draw? Can you buy land owner tags? thanks so much for any advice anyone can offer...

I would look into South Dakota. We have not had a season for antelope in a couple of years do to low population from a couple bad winters in a row. The mule deer numbers are also way down. The loss of habitat due to the oil boom is not helping matters. A couple of units this year will not allow any killing of doe's. I hope this helps.
