took the wife and young pup into a USFS rental cabin this long weekend, made carrying supplies (and said young pup!) much easier ~ 7 miles in on snowshoes
of course rest and recovery called for after
Cool idea! What are you going to pull with? Just rope or poles?I have been working on a couple pulks for my wife's copper river bison tag next month. I think they should be light and roll up to fit in our back packs. They are four feet long by 16 inch wide with 4 inch sides.

Maybe short aluminum tent pole sections or conduit the same length as the sled rolled up, clipped together with cotter pins?I am going to use ropes because we are flying out in a super cub. Not to sure how long of poles I could fit.
