Tag says SG-2014-b

Pants with suspenders. Definitely not timberlines. Goretex shell. Butt has exterior material. Pockets are angled. Any ideas?

The tag is either saying that it was made in 2014 or made for the 2014 line (could have been made in ‘13). Pockets look like the Dakota pants. In the top picture is that a full length leg zipper?

Look a lot like the old Sitka Coldfront to me. Great late season/cold weather rain pants. I used to have the pants and the jacket but I offloaded the pants when I bought the Aerolite Blizzard bibs. I still have the jacket and that thing is bombproof.

Are they kind of high waisted?

Yes! I think you’re right. How cold are they good down to?

Tough saying exacts; it's so dependent on hunt style, other weather factors/layers and really just how someone runs (hot or cold).

But I'd say they're about as warm as any other pant similar to like a Kuiu Attack with rain pants over them, that fleece lining adds to the warmth but not to a huge degree. Moving, definitely sub-freezing with just a thin nylon pant underneath; stationary, you'd definitely want some layers under if you were going to be sitting for a substantial amount of time, but you could definitely tough it out.
