Idaho’s been fishing absolutely wonderful when the water has been clear. Here’s #481 on a fly this year caught during the break in rain Sunday. My goal is 2000 on a fly this year and I’ll be fishing every chance I get to break that mainly in Clearwater County and Idaho County.

Been catching bull trout in the 20-30” range as well. Fun fun fun.

So far I’ve only fished private lakes with my Son. He decided last year was the end of “bobber fishing” for him and has been doing quite well using artificial baits since. We’re heading North very soon to fish for MI Smallmouth.
