Your rounded cornerbead appeares to be a non-standard cornerbead, as the curve appears to be spread over a much larger area than typical cornerbead. If you're looking to replace it, or an alternative, you might start with speciality shops, like a drywall speciality store or a moulding specialty store. Over the years I've seen some oddball stuff that can only be found at the right speciality stores. So, in short, check big city speciality stores.

So it's not a plinth...

A few places around here stock it, usually called "gyp corner". Sold by the foot like any other trim profile.

I think you would get better answers if you changed the title to “who here watches HGTV and thinks they can trim?” That might get you a better answer. A true finish carpenter isn’t gonna have a clue what that corner is called.

And would also never install an abortion so outsized to the base trim…

That's not a plinth. If there were vertical trim above it you could call it a plinth.
