Any finish carpenters here? What is this baseboard called?

Your rounded cornerbead appeares to be a non-standard cornerbead, as the curve appears to be spread over a much larger area than typical cornerbead. If you're looking to replace it, or an alternative, you might start with speciality shops, like a drywall speciality store or a moulding specialty store. Over the years I've seen some oddball stuff that can only be found at the right speciality stores. So, in short, check big city speciality stores.

I think you would get better answers if you changed the title to “who here watches HGTV and thinks they can trim?” That might get you a better answer. A true finish carpenter isn’t gonna have a clue what that corner is called.

And would also never install an abortion so outsized to the base trim…
