Any CA guys know about San Felipe Valley Wildlife Area

Any CA guys know about San Felipe Valley Wildlife Area? I have been down there a few times and have explored a bit. I still have my A-22 AO tag ready to roll and I have seen a great deal of tracks and about 7 deer in the area so far. My question is: Is the entire area open to hunting? I noticed that there is a canyon at the North Western part that has a fence line (non barbed) running the perimeter. It has very old signage that says ("No Trespassing without written permission") -Department of Fish and Game. I have googled this many times and I keep getting that the area is able to hunt but I want to be sure before I go in. I have glassed 6 does and 1 3x3 buck around the area and it seems like I could make this happen. If you have any information it would help greatly, Thanks guys - Will
