Last nights workout was 8 rounds of the below.

MTN OPS Yet 30 minutes prior to start

1000m easy row to start

MTN OPS BCAA intraworkout

10 - Sandbag Upright row/Burpee/Upright row/sandbag jumps
15 - 25# KB swings on upside down Bosu Ball
400m sprint
25 step calf raises
10 34" Box jumps
20 pushups
10 Bosu Pushups
40 Leg raises

1000m Hard row to finish

MTN OPS Magnum as soon as I finished the workout.

Plane mechanical last night grounded us for 5 hours. Got in at 2 am and back up at 5 for the Fireroad hike. It never disappoints. Hanging at Kifaru looking at toys and talking Copenhagen and Spam.

10 Sandbag upright rows/burpee/upright row/step over
10 KB On Bosu Swings
10 Bosu pushups
20 Leg Raises
Stair climb, 200m sprint

10 rounds.

MTN OPS Magnum immediately upon finishing workout.

Alright, I feel like I'm back from the dead, after 5 days in Madison. Its a wonder what 8 hours of sleep will do for a person! I was extremely fortunate to have a great group of people surrounding our booth. In the coming days I'll be posting some pics and video of some pretty new cool products that I found down there.
