Any info on Rick Hoskins with Hunt Alaska Outfitters?

I did a fall brown bear hunt with Rick two years ago. Very knowledgeable, hard working, organized. Camp was good.

Unfortunately the only bear we saw was on the edge of camp the first morning just prior to shooting time

Looking hard at a 26 or 27 goat hunt. Prefer Alaska and a “reasonably” priced outfitter. Give me some suggestions please.

I saw some hunts last year that outfitters sell for $20-27K going for like $12-14K.

I got that email too. Unfortunately its an early season hunt. Sept 21-29. The hair is not long then

Yes it is! I’ve been with them three times, earlier than that. Long hair for sure.

Maybe longer than on Labor day, but not like it is in late Oct

Late Sept hair vs late October hair is not much different in the areas LDO operates. It's a non issue as SD noted.

Now, there is a difference between Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec
