Another H4350 question

Hodgdon lists data for the 139CX that will be in the right ballpark, use that starting low and work up. You could also try gordons reloading tool as well. I imagine the case fill is less than ideal with that powder and cartridge combo.

Probably so, but at the moment and foreseeable future that's all I have on hand. Would like to at least try and see. Don't need it to be lightning fast as most all my shots are 150 yards or less.

I was speaking more from a reliability standpoint, esp. in cold hunting conditions. If a case isn't full and a powder column isn't up against the primer (muzzle has been down for instance) the ignition can be affected, perhaps even hang fires in the extreme. But that is just a general statement not your specific incidence. Out of curiosity I just looked at GRT you'd probably be higher 80% fill so that isn't too concerning.

Thanks! Still fairly new to reloading for metallic. Yeah it can be cold here during hunting season or it can be 70 degrees. Often on the same week and even the same day

Here is what GRT thinks for whatever its worth (START LOW AND WORK UP ALWAYS). The hodgdon data seems more in line with ~60gr (at 58000psi). Cartridge overall length (how far in/out the bullet is) affects case capacity and thus pressure for a given amount of powder. Barrel length affects velocity, yadda yadda.
