I picked up a pound today and was looking at load data. Looks like 270, 7 rem mag, 7x57 Mauser and such have lots of data but on Hodgdons website they only list up to 90 grain bullets for 257 Roberts.

Has anyone used this powder with 100 grain bullets or the 117 round nose Hornady interlock? Care to share your load if you have?

Just for a ballpark, Berger book using the 115 VLD shows 37.5 min/41.6 max at 2585/2864. The Hornady online shows H4350 at 34.6/42.8 for 2500/2900 with the 117 round nose.

They only show IMR 4350 and Accurate 4350 for 100 grains.
IMR 4350 is 36.8/43.6 at 2600/3000
Accurate 4350 is 38.5/44.6 at 2600/3000
H4350 sits between these two on the burn rate chart so split the difference and pay attention to the usual pressure signs.

That's what I found odd. IMR has data for 4350 and 100 grain bullets as does AA like you said but Hodgdons doesn't. Isn't AA a tad slower than Hodgdons?

So quite a bit slower than IMR
I suppose. It’s kind of relative to the temperature/batch etc. They’re all close, and are roughly the same ballpark. I suppose another burn rate chart could switch up the order, but again, they’re all close.

Ah I see. I'm still fairly green to this
