I'm 195 and 2 inches shorter than you. The xl fits fine. An extra 1 inch on the sleeves would be better.Hmmm…so as a “semi outer layer” that is also often a midlayer, sounds like the 75 could work well for me.
How is the fit? Especially with a pullover I suppose fit could be a bit more critical. I’d be choosing between a L/T and an XL. 6’4”, not quite 200lb, and the body of a washed-up former athlete.Sitka size chart says Im a L/T…any feedback from tall skinny folks?

I have the 75,100, and 200. The 75 is just a little shorter on me than the other two. I attribute this to it not having a full length zipper. It tend to want to flip up on the front at the waist if that makes sense. But I actually really like the fit. It’s very minimalist, but definitely a little shorter. Maybe 1” where it comes to a natural restOk last question, i should have organized my thoughts first but does the 75 fit the same to you guys as the 100? In comparing the fit of the 150 jacket and the 100 half zip and the 75 the xls seem to fit b the same even the though the 75 is listed as active fit.
I wish I could try them on locally side by side
