I don't know how many of you are aware of it, but Amazon will donate .5% of the price of any purchase you make through their Amazon Smile program. You access it by going through smile.amazon.com to shop. They have a searchable database of charitable organizations. I had heard of it but never set it up. When I made a purchase today I was prompted to set it up. I went through the list and saw that NRA, RMEF, and Backcountry Hunters and Anglers are all listed as eligible charities. I went ahead and signed up for it as it doesn't cost anything and helps out a charity of your choice. I just figured I would pass it along to those of you that weren't aware of this program.

I signed up for this over a year ago but the groups you mentioned were not listed back then so for me it's been going to St. Jude's. Thanks for the heads up, I'm going to go change it to BHA right now.

I set mine up for BHA as well. I get a charitable giving match through work. Once a year they will double what you contribute. I plan to give to RMEF then and contribute to BHA through Smile throughout the year.

I've been using it to donate to BHA for over a year now I believe. Think I saw a message for it the day they were eligible.

I have been doing this for quite a while supporting the Mike Rowe Works foundation. Also, one of the major problems I had was that I would always forget to go to the correct smile.amazon.com URL and would miss out. I installed a plug-in for Chrome called "Smile Always" that automatically redirects me to the smile equivalent of any Amazon page. I would highly recommend doing the same.

I need to get that extension so I don't forget to go to the correct site.
