What temps are they good into?

I wear them all may/summer/september until it starts dropping below freezing in the early mornings. You could go farther if you wore wool undies but I hate hiking in or wet undies. So I will switch to the corrugates then

My hot weather pants are the Stretch Zion from Prana. By far the coolest (temp wise) pants I've ever owned. My go to summer pants, plus they come in great earth tones. I'm convinced if more people tried them they'd become a hit on rokslide. I switch to my attacks when there will be cooler weather.

I really wanted them to work for me. But they don't fit my short fat body:)

My favorite pants are the KUIU Tiburons. Awesome warm weather pant and can probably get you into cooler weather with base layers.

I hated my Eddie Bauer Guides and use them for work now. For some reason the material got stiff and super loud for me. I'm not sure if they still make them but I much prefer the Eddie Bauer 5 pocket Rainier pants. Just feel much more comfortable to me and I got them cheap at one of their outlets.

Another pant I really like for warmer weather is the Outdoor Research Ferrosi pants.

Tried both the FL Corrugates and Sitka Mountain Pants this weekend; Mountains are obviously heavier, so I would look at the Corrugates or Sitka Ascents for a light weight option. I thought both fit amazing. Call Dmitriy or Grant @ 1ShotGear, they will hook you up and should have something in stock for you.

I really like my Valhallas. Just did a scouting trip wearing them in the high 80`s

Sitka Ascent are my favorite lightweight pants.

I'll second this. Light breath well to boot. I just got the new Kuiu chinook's and they feel about the same as the sitka. Only worn them to the gym and one two mile hike but so far I'm really liking them and they'll probably see the most use for me this year. I love my attack pants and guides but the sitka and new Kuiu seem about right for earlier season use for me.

Wow! I'm lucky I live nearby. They are super nice in person as well.

There is no alternative, you must attack Kuiu. It provides job security for the Mods and a reason for the fanboys to post. Hits go up and the website sells more advertising. By all means, attack Kuiu!!! LOL

Prana and if they don't fit try Duluth trading ...fast and dry flex fit or something like it. Great pockets, great fit for non Olypians like myself. Wear them for summer work. Last week survived the two hottest days of the year in Memphis and MS delta. Pants were cool enough. They seem to wear well too. Stickers can go through them but can through most warm weather pants.

YMMV
