I dunno...the whole BMI computation feels like a big, producer-controlled cheat to me.

Dave looked f'n terrible. He looked 20 years older than when he started. BP with 80/whatever it was. Yes send that guy home, easy decision. At 80 you can't even feel a radial pulse maybe not even a brachial. He had food storages he should have been eating them. The guy would have ended up bad, he could barely walk.

Anyone else want to see a dyed in the wool old school recurve/longbow hunter just tear that place up? There was what seemed like a good population of hogs there, why no one seemed like they wanted to spend the time hunting them is beyond me.

I think they are going to have to change something for next season in terms of nutrition. Two players pulled for starvation, Folwer was told to get his weight up or he'd be out.

Not sure what the answer is, but it just seems like now people will just go til starvation and win because they just happen to be the least unhealthy.

Last season the guy from Utah had one. It didn't show him use it but I saw it in one scene.

The guy that got booted on a med check for being to skinny had one as well, but you can tell neither him nor the guy in season 1 was a real bow hunter.

Its a survival show. They failed by placing themselves in danger. I have no issue with people being pulled.

I agree I'd just like to see more game being harvested, or more opportunities. Maybe the show doesn't change, but the people need to start hunting more.

It seemed like there were plenty of boar in the area but no one hunted them??

And the guy that got sent home with all the preserved fish, that ones on him for letting himself get to that state.

Next season needs to have a lot of Turkey, they don't have a soul either, maybe someone will actually hunt them.

At the beginning I'd like to be educated more on how someone gets pulled for starvation. If that is something that is going to be so crucial at the end of the season, I would like to know more about it. Knowing their initial weight, and if it is getting close to them being pulled being informed as a viewer. Fowler said the day before he won that they told him if he lost more weight they would pull him. I think being a viewer you would have more invested in that person if you liked them. I'd be pulling for them to catch more fish, find more edible plants, etc. Just an opinion.
