What bullet would you guys recommend that would be able to kill deer, elk and moose. My average shot is anywhere from 100 yards to 400 yards nothing further. I have a Tika T3x chambered in 7mm rem mag. The length of the barrel is 24.3 inches and has a twist rate is 1 in 9.

Only killed one elk with it, but the 162 ELDx worked 100% as designed for my daughter last fall. 180ish yard shot, put it in the crease quartering away, cow took a few steps and tipped over dead. Liquified heart and lungs and shattered off humerus bone. That was out of a 18" 7-08 and around 2600 MV. @Pharmseller has piled up a ton of deer and elk with the 150 ELDx in a 7-08. Either would work very well in your 7 mag.

Berger 180 hybrid, I don’t think you have enough room for the 195 eol.
With the 7 mag you have the case capacity to run the heavies at good velocities without sacrificing too much MV. There is a 180 ELDM as well I believe.

The 162 has a G1 BC over .6 and I believe the 150 is just under. At 400 or less you wont realize the advantages fo the super high BC bullets.

I've had great success with the 162 gr ELD-X in the Rem Mag. I'm now shooting the 175 ELD-X from my 7 PRC and really like it as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use the 162 in your 1:9 barrel.

I am a little hesitant to use ELDx bullets do to meat loss since I have heard of you miss your mark and hit the front shoulder especially on a big boned animal like an elk the bullet will fragment leading to lots of meat loss I don’t know if that is 100% true but that is what i have heard.

In my experience, I’ve seen less meat loss from the ELD-x than I have from Berger’s. Meat loss hasn’t been an issue for me so far…..nock on wood.

180 Berger hybrid is my all around 7mm choice. Haven’t killed elk or moose with it but I’d have zero hesitation to take it on that trip.

All bullets will damage meat when you hit the shoulder, I haven't noticed a large difference between accubonds and eldx, seems if they run on a broken leg it's the most meat loss, which seemed to happen more often when I was shooting accubonds

With all the bullets you guys suggested should I be concerned with them pencilling through if I were to shoot a white tail at 100 yards

You guys recommending 180+ bullets, have you actually shot them out of a 9.5 twist tikka barrel? I was always under the impression 160gr was on the upper end side of being stable in them.

I shoot the same gun, same caliber. For factory loaded ammo my t3x loves the Precision Hunter 162 eldx. That combo is more capable than I am distance wise presently...but im comfortable with it to 500 on deer size targets with minimal wind.
Cow elk I shot last year was good broad side behind the shoulder shot from 250 yds. She ran to the herd about 20 yards and fell over. Guide told me to hit her again as she was still kicking a bit and it was getting dark and wanted to be sure she was done...second shot totally unnecessary, but I did as told. not much blood till opened her up, then no doubts bullet did its job
I plan to take that same combo after moose in Newfoundland next year. With proper placement the ELDX is extremely lethal, borderline explosive in chest cavity...but it can be more unforgiving at closer ranges with especially with bad placement.
I'll take that same bullet in 143gr. in my wife's 6.5creed after deer, antelope or elk to 4-500 yards any day, no questions asked.
Her's is t3x as well and shoots factory 143 eldx better than anything else we've tried as well.
