Congrats on a rare bird, also monstrous spurs and beards! My dad was insane for turkeys and he and my oldest brother (FL state calling champion for a few years) got into some rare ones over the years. All black (melanistic) and the smokey greys. A family friend had a speckled Tom mounted, normal to dark feathers with a bunch of of white feathers scattered throughout. No pics, sorry. In my many years I have seen only one smokey Grey hen, in FL.
