Going with Lancaster next year August 1st. Very excited as many others since Covid it should have been 2 years ago.
Helicopter will let you get places a human could not otherwise reach. But it’s still sheep hunting with lots of ups and downs to hike. Getting into sheep shape will make this a great experience. We had amazing weather in August. Almost too hot. I’m sure that can change year to year. Food at spike camp was okay. Much better at base camp. Overall, the team works hard to give you the best experience possible.

Been to Yukon twice. First time was moose and grizzly then I saw a dall sheep in the wild and was hooked ! Went back 3 years later and killed a stud 12-13 year old fannin ram.

I love training for the sheep hunting and stay in good shape year round. Was contemplating trying to go late august or September for sheep and caribou in NWT but decided to go august 1st. Hope it’s not too hot 👏🏻
