So I’m looking at an area that says successful Hunter must report harvest in person or by Mail within 5 days kill.

How in the world is that supposed to work if two hunters trying to take two bulls harvest one early on a 10 day hunt?

There's often an ADFG check station setup on permitted rivers where reporting can be done in person, but the legal reporting period starts from your field exit date, not really the kill date. You have 5 days once you're out of the field to mail the harvest report or check in person either at check station (if and when avail) or any ADFG or State Trooper.

10-4. The ADFG brouchure for the hunt specially said within five days of “kill”. Will check with them at some point. Within Five days of leaving field makes a lot more sense for sure.

I'd just ask this to your transporter, he knows quite a bit...
