I'll share some good fortune here, it's about time we had any luck with the draw tags.
I drew DC827 AK range caribou. I am very excited for this tag, I've been in this area numerous times and always seen monsters and wish I had this tag in my pocket.
My wife drew Lost Lake Goat. I've mountain biked and hiked in this area. It's a beautiful area, and I'm looking forward to the challenge of helping her fill it successfully.
After many years of striking out on draw tags, I will say it was probably good fortune that today happened to land on my birthday! For everyone else who struck out, I recommend switching your birthday to this day.

Which unit? We hunted Kodiak in the same year 2023 as the moose hunt. We both got our bears on a party tag.
