Airlock Zero Gravity Nano (.224)

Yea I was on my A game for black friday and got my nano approved a few weeks ago. I ventured out to pre-order the ZG7 on one of the early pre-orders before the buzz was quite what it is now.

The test to failure on YouTube was interesting at least. 5 minutes of open purchasing per quarter would be a nice problem to have.

the ZG6.5 is so close to what your asking for in a nano+ and at 5" L it's a whopping 3/8" longer than a nano and 1.7"D. plus you can put on a much wider array of calibers. would it perform even better on .22cal with a .22 bore? sure, but better enough to add more sku's for airlock(Danny) to juggle? I doubt it.
Be great to see further testing but page 6 Danny posted some DB numbers he put a grain of salt on with the ZG6.5 coming in ~7db quieter than the nano.
Looking at these and there amazing.
I have a 6.5cm and 223 and was looking at the nano just for the 223 but the zg6.5 still seems the way to go for the size and weight difference.
Any of you have both?

I have both , I’d go ZG 6.5 . The nano is comically small and sounds amazing for the size but the 6.5 is still so small . Actually get both 🤣

I have both, but haven’t fired the Nano yet. It’s still in jail. It looks really nice for putting on a .224 caliber rifle. Mine is probably going to live on my 22” Tikka .22-250. The tiny diameter is a big selling point for me. Makes it easy to get the scope low where I like. The ZG 6.5 is rather fatter than I would like.

Of course, the differences are all marginal.

I came to the same conclusion. The nano is tiny, but for a little bigger the zg6.5 is quieter and can handle larger calibers. Then I bought a os6s as it’s very similar to the zg6.5 and with the group buy cheaper and available. I really want to see if zg can do a 35 or 45 cal that’s light and quiet. At this point I have enough small cans, I want a better big one.
