Got my order in. Will be my first suppressor so I'm new to this. Listed the shop name and address for my SOT as shipping address but upon talking to the shop owner just now he's saying I should use his personal name as that's what his license is under. Should I expect this to be an issue? Should have checked these boxes ahead of time, I know, but got antsy at the drop and went for it. @AirlockIndustries I sent you a direct message on this but realize you're busy. If there is another way I should go about this I will. Apologies for any hassle.

im gonna give the LS Wild covers a try. They work great on my other cans for the half ounce they weigh

These airlock cans do heat up faster than normal cans though, but hopefully not so bad that they make the LSW covers unusable

I use the LS Wild ones. They work well. My only issue with them is that they turn into sponges in the rain.

Last one I got was a t&k. Just not sure if that slider button for the cord on the back side touching the barrel is an issue.

Just something to keep the mirage at bay at the range. Hunting I don't even worry about it.

I just ran out and tested it. It was around 120 dB at the ear on a 16" .22 LR with supers. For reference, the firing pin on that Tikka T1X meters at about 112 dB. When shooting subs, the firing pin is actually the loudest part.

Still looking like next week for shipping the Nano's? I'm not trying to nag. But my local silencer shop kiosk shop has a bad reputation for dropping the ball, not returning phone calls or answering emails.
Just want to make sure when you send the info they actually do their stuff in their end.

It will be close, but that’s still the plan.

HAAS sent the wrong tool holders for our machine (we discovered this during setup yesterday). They overnighted the correct ones last night, but they won’t arrive until Thursday (tomorrow).

Thursday through Sunday will be spent machining, sandblasting, engraving, coating, and packaging as many units as we can. We’ll file our Form 2s over the weekend for everything that’s completed.

We’ll be at SHOT Show Monday through Thursday afternoon. Once I’m back Thursday, I’ll start filing Form 3s so we can hopefully ship a large batch Friday or Saturday of next week. I will be taking my laptop to SHOT and if I have time I will file form 3s in the evenings as well.

I’ve done to many shows in Vegas over the years. Words of advice.
You will be waxed at the end of the day and someone always wants to grab dinner and go to the bar so be prepared with :
Bring ibuprofen with you. You will need a steady supply of Ranger Candy once the knees or back starts to go
Water and more water followed by Gatorade
Take at least one trip though the hall and actually look at something you personally want for yourself. Takes some of the “work” out of being at the show.

Enjoy it and don’t sweat the forms. One more day is not causing anyone on the thread heartache.

Brother, I don’t get in on this order. Will eventually. But it’s obvious you’re pouring your heart into this business. Take the time for yourself, network, relax and have fun at the show. Maybe see you there next year.
