Below is an update on the sound testing we’ve conducted. The table includes the dates and groups we tested. Several of these groups were recorded at different times of day on the same day to help us capture the most accurate and representative average dB(A) measurements.

Note: All testing was completed on a 20" .308 using M80 149gr rounds. We recognize that M118 is the industry standard, so we will source that and verify that the dB numbers are consistent. Based on current data, we do not anticipate significant differences.
Currently daily average is 126.08 dB(a) with the highest daily average only being 127.2 dB(a).
