Air Taxi/Transporter Questions To Ask

As I narrow down my possibilities, I'm looking to make a spread sheet of sorts so I can be consistent in information gathering. What questions did you guys ask that you felt were important to your safety and success?

I did a search on the guy we fly with and found he had walked away from a crash, I didn't think he would want to do that again, so I felt he would be careful.
