I hear you, ponysoldier. After I had an eye surgery earlier this year, we decided we were going to put our house on the market by the end of May. My wife then had to have an ankle surgery, then she had two gigantic blood clots knee to ankle after the surgery and at high risk for pulmonary embolism, and she couldn't drive for weeks so I was taking and picking up my girl from school all myself, so of course we got 0 house work done in that time period, then when I started doing some "refresh" work on my house in prep to put it on the market I found mold and mold and more mold in the basement.
All the mold is remediated, but we're still working on loose ends like painting and cleaning shit up and we're having pictures for the listing Tuesday morning.
I think that there must move some easy days ahead for both of us!
