Anyone used AAC rifle ammo? For practice ammo for precision rifle (as opposed to volume-oriented 5.56, etc) and moderate (600 and in) ranges, how was it?
Bought the 77gr TMK 5.56, shot out of Ruger Ranch 16” w/ 3-9 at 200 yds off the bench, 3 shot groups with holes touching, no complaints given some poor reviews online.
I shoot a lot of their 300 BLK stuff with the 110 VMax. In 2 of my rifles it’s right at MOA. In my other it’s 1.5 MOA. Good enough for me. The ES was in the 60’s and SD was 15-18 for the samples I shot.
6.5 Creedmoor, 140 grain SMK has been very good through my Tikka Super Varmint. Good accuracy out to 500 yards into 3, 4, and 5” gongs. No misfires or failures of any sort. Highly recommend.
