The heavy slow 500L 450gr .512 at 950ish fps sure whops the steel a lot harder than the fast, light 150gr .357 at 1400fps.

Would this be the equivelent to comparing a 375 HH and 300 grainers at 2800 fps hits harder than a 243 100 grainer at 3200 fps?
