Can you explain how much you had an inlet? I just ordered the same rifle for a budget build for my brother in law.

Where the bottom metal inserts into the stockystock there was a small lip preventing it from fully seating. You just have to remove a very small lip. This also could have just been my experience.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don’t have to worry about it now thanks to midway lol. I ended up getting him a Howa 1500 imma build off of, still using the vg2 stock. How do you like the stock?
