I'd like to load 120 TTSXs and 139 Interlocks for my 7-08 Montana. I have a few lbs. of Big Game that I'm in the need of a use for. Barnes shows data for 140 TTSX, but not 120 TTSX. Would you happen to have a start point for 120s.....or the 139 Interlocks, for that matter?
For the 120 (TTSX and NBT) I started at 46 and ended up at 50.0. Know some guys might push it more but that's what I ended up at. IIRC I was between 3,050 and 3,100 fps. Tula LRM primers, R-P brass.

@ AkRyan,

Thanks, I already saw that. But like I said, it doesn't list Big Game as an option for the 120 TTSX...just the heavier projectiles.
Western Powders has data for Big Game with the Barnes 120 tsx. Not exactly the same bullet but very close.

I would start around 45gr Big Game for the 120TTSX, and 44gr Big Game for the 139 Interlock. The data for the TSX should be very close for the TTSX, there is about 1gr less useable case capacity for the 120TTSX vs 120TSX, but you could also probably make up for that by seating a bit longer, ~0.068-0.069, my Ruger American GoWild with scout mags will take 2.909 COAL.

Some numbers for anyone interested in rl17 or cfe223. Seating depth was 2.81 for all loads. Rem brass, 162g are shot from a tikka 22" and the 120ttsx are from my daughter's 18".
Best accuracy for the 162 was at 45g .7moa all other groups for both bullets were not acceptable.
At the top of the page the first load of 45g with 145lrx was a laser beam so I will revisit it after the 162g retest.

Mine shoots really well with 4350 under 140gr BT's. However, I tried Varget with 120gr BT's and it shoots even better. I was never much concerned with the velocity, more so the accuracy and consistency. My next load work up with this caliber was going to be for a 140gr SGK because but I have not got around to it yet. The Hammer bullets really got my attention also.

I'm going to try StaBall with 120 Hammer Hunter bullets next. I tried H4350 and didn't get what I was looking for. My 7mm-08 is a Rem 700 with a factory barrel.

Finally, after looking for over a year, I found some Hunter for loading 160's.

I started with IMR 4064 recently because I couldn't find 4350 or Varget and accuracy was acceptable I wasn't getting the velocity I wanted with 150gr ELD-X's. Found some Varget and accuracy was on par with 4064 but velocity improved. With Varget I am working on a load between 38.5 and 40.5gr.
