6mm Arc bolt gun with 95 lrx, which temp stable powder?

Benchmark
XBR 8208
H4895
Varget
Staball Match

One of those should work well for you.

My results in a 20" 6 ARC Howa Barrel

95gr Bullets:
-XBR 8208 ~ 2780 fps
-Varget & Staball Match ~ 2650 fps
-H4895 ~ 2700 fps
-Benchmark ~ 2685 fps
Any more accurate than the other? I've not started loading for my wife's 6 ARC yet but it's coming. I've got a couple lbs each of SBM and H4895 so hoping one of those shoots well. She's got a 16" RAR and shoots factory 108's around 2450 fps. I've got some 107 TMK's I'm hoping will shoot but plenty of 108's as well.

what were your criteria for choosing the top end on those?

My rifle definitely favors the heavier 105+ bullets so I didn't spend a lot of time on the 95s.

My most accurate loads are:

Berger 105 VLD - 27.5 TAC
Hornady 103 ELD-X - 27.5 TAC
Sierra 107 TMK - 28.0 - Varget

that's awesome, running the numbers that 89 at 5k ft elevation will be at 2200 fps at 450 yards. That's plenty for me. I just ordered the HBCs, thanks for the info I always like to see real world performance. It's wild the 6 creedmoor isn't more popular in factory hunting rifles. I may pick up one of the tikkas in 243 that are 1:8" twist
Who says 6creed isn't? Bunch of folks here have them and that is with needing to rebarrel certain brands (tikka), once the newly released factory 6creed tikka hit the shelves you'll see more of them I am sure. EDIT: sorry didn't realize you said factory rifles. Tikka is finally jumping on board FYI.

I picked up some of the 89hbc and 90hht recently to try out in my 18" 6creed, ran velocity ladders up to ~3200fps with some ejector marks, I'll back off to around 3050 (no marks on brass at that charge) to take it easy on the brass. Haven't validated the BC on them (hammers have inflated them in the past with their other lines) but if it clocks in near what they say it'll cruise along nicely at my altitudes.

While very accurate for me the 95 lrx in a 6 creed was the slowest killing bullet I have ever seen. We recovered everything but they all just kept trying to breathe.
N=1, I wasn't wow'd by the performance of the 95lrx in my son's deer either but his first shot was a bit back. Sounds like that may be more common with that one then.
