Yes I have a few of them. Not a bad budget option. MDT makes them.

That’s a nice trophy photo congrats
I remember hearing mixed results with those RDFs so prob wouldn’t be my first choice personally.I bought the rest of a limited inventory of this discontinued ammo and they will be long gone before Fall but I'm curious.
Would yall send one of these on an animal?

I'd think the tiny little nose opening isn't going to be consistent; one might be violent and the next just pencil through. I don't have any direct experience - I've never shot an RDF, much less at game - but just looking at the design tells me 'no'.I bought the rest of a limited inventory of this discontinued ammo and they will be long gone before Fall but I'm curious.

I'll have them this week and post a group if anyone is interested but kinda off topic for this thread.RDFs earned the reputation of Really Don’t Fly. A lot of problems with them and consistency. One would hope Nosler got them figured out. Barnes Match Burners had a bad reputation when first released and they seem to be a lot better now according to people I know that shoot them.

That 108EH is a killer for sureFirst timing using a 6mm this year (have mostly used 7’s and 6.5’s). Deer took was a full size PA doe.
6BRA
108gr Elite Hunter
2765fps w/H4895
No pictures for sharing but the shot was ~100yds quarter. Entrance was a little behind the vitals closer to liver. Ran ~50yds and died. Good blood trail along the way.
No exit was found. When field dressing, there was a lot of damage and jellied parts. Very surprised she was able to run as far as she did.
Bullet is quite impressive on target as well.
That's really cool buck! Nice work!Another 6mm ARC kill with the Howa Mini. 108 ELDM, 230 yard shot so about 2197 FPS impact velocity. This marks 11 with the 108 ELDMs this year. Next year it will be the 107 TMKs.
Blood Trail of this buck.
Awesome! Here is two separate videos of blood trails I video from some does I took. First one was a 63 yard shot, second one was a 280 or so yard shot.
Nice buck and great quick video! Congrats!Forgot to share this on here but here is a quick video of a badlands backcountry hunt with my Howa Mini 6 Arc. Took a nice buck at 220 yards. Footage of the actual shot is zoomed in and a little grainy but as you can see dropped him right on the spot. This was with the Berger 105 VLD Hunting bullet with a MV of 2640.
