IMO the only reason to build a 6-7 PRC over a 6UM is the brass availability ATM. The 6UM takes one step to neck down. The 6-7PRC takes three which will result in more crushed necks. The 6-7PRC requires more powder for similar velocity. Both require fire-forming and velocity is a toss up and barrel depend.

I ordered 6UM at the top of the year. I got a call 2 weeks ago saying I was off to cerekote. I’m doing barreled action and dropping in a hnt26.

I don’t have a shipping date yet. It will be a Rokstok, but on the Vesper action. I figured I’d check with Mr. Blaine in a couple of weeks and see how it’s coming along. Looking forward to playing with it!

I hope it's not much longer. I keep adding to it. Now I'm doing full multi color cerakote with a stencil pattern. Scope and all .
Hope that Maven is rugged enough to take a cerakote job.

Hasn't dwindled for me, I don't have mine yet.

I talked to Blaine at UM this week, my 6-7prc aka 6 ROKUM will be done in a couple of weeks. I'ts in the que to be chambered, action has the UM lightening mods done as well as the nitriding. He thought my LE Rokstok should be done pretty soon as well.

My interest hasn’t dwindled either! Last I heard everything was there and ready to go, except for my the Rokstok. Hopefully it will show up in time for me to get it sorted out and ready to make a mule deer hunt scheduled for early September in Utah. Time will tell, as I wait patiently by.

Not sure where mine is but should be soon for the biuld. Cerakote adds about 9 weeks after it's biult. Tempting to not do that but I think I'll stick with it for now.

When did you guys order?
