Didn't catch where you were going but assuming lower 48, you won't need to wear both layers of merino hiking in. Unless it is unseasonably cold.

2014 Mule Deer Pack (List 6 Days)

(** = need to purchase or put together kit)

Clothing:
Kuiu Guide Jacket/Attack Pants (wearing in)
Kuiu Merino Bottoms/Tops(2 sets 145g&210g)(wearing in) Do you really need two bottoms? I'd be sweating if I ever wore those at the same time. If you aren't planning on doubling up on these, then just bring the one set that you think you'll use most.
Kuiu Baseball Cap(wearing in)
Sunglasses w/lanyard
Neck/Sun Gaiter
UA Synthetic Beanie
UA Gloves
Fox River Merino Socks (3pair) I usually go with only one pair of socks. Two would be very sufficient for you. Three is probably excessive? Just wash your second pair when they get dirty.
Icebreaker Merino Underwear(2pair)
Frogg Toggs Poncho I used to run with one of these. They are very lightweight, but are really not very durable. If you're doing any bushwacking, I'd reconsider... unless you don't plan on having any rain. I've torn mine to shreds before, even being careful... and they don't keep the rain off too well with holes in them.
Camp Shoes?** Just make sure you have comfortable boots/shoes... IMO camp shoes are just extra weight.

Hunting:
Kifaru DT2 w/longhunter lid
Leupold 1000Rx Rangefinder
Bow
6 Arrows with 100g Slicktrick Mags
Scott Release
Headlamp/Batteries
Garmin 650 GPS/Radio
Bow Repair Kit**(allens etc)
Bino Harness w/binos
Vortex 15x45x65mm Spotting Scope
Slik Tripod
Camera + Extra Battery
Kill Kit (Tags/License/Electrical Tape/Gloves/ Knife/GameBags/GarbageBag)

Hiking:
Lowa Tech Light Hunter Boots
REI Carbon Trekking Poles
MSR 2 Liter+6Liter Bladder
Water Filtration (Aqua Mira)+(Sawyer Mini)** If you expect to have relatively clear water to draw from, you can just use Aqua Mira, no need to filter. I've done that for years, and it's rated to kill giardia, crypto, bacteria, and viruses... pretty much everything. If you think you'll only have mucky mud puddles, then definitely go with a filter in addition.
Largemouth Nalgene?**(DirtyWater) Sub large mouth gatorade bottle of similar size. Much lighter and still very durable.
Paracord Look into lighter weight stuff... spectra/dyneema works well. The neon yellow stuff from zpacks is pretty great if you want to go really light.
Knee Sleeve (rheband?)
Greens Trail Map

Camp:
Kifaru Megatarp w/ 14 MSR Groundhog Stakes
Sleep System (EE 20f Quilt,Borah Bivy,BA Q Core SL Pad,Thermarest Pillow,Tyvek Sheet I run polycryo as a ground sheet, especially if I'm already running a bivy. Lighter than tyvek and still quite durable if you're careful with it. I also don't run with a pillow and just use a stuff sack of clothes, but that's a personal choice.)
First Aid (Advil,Duct Tape,Moleskin) This seems sparse to me. I'd at least throw in some Benadryl, small tweezers (ticks/splinters), gauze. Possibly something like an Israeli bandage in the instance of large laceration.
Survival (Lighter,Matches) compass?
TP/Camp Soap
Camp Towel???** I don't take one of these anymore. If you want to bathe, just try to do it in the heat of the day or something.

Looks pretty good overall. I might consider subbing diphenhydramine (Benadryl) for Advil PM since advil PM has other drugs in it not just designed to make you go to sleep. Good luck!

I would ditch the pillow and take a puffy. Put that in your stuff sack at night for a pillow.

Ditch one of the merino layers, one of the socks, one of the undies.

I always take flip flops or crocs in for wearing around camp when I get dinner, have to get up and pee, etc.

On my third surgery. Better drug that's not as harsh on kidneys. Get your doc to prescribe it zipsor

Good idea, but I wouldn't suggest giving it its test run on your trip- not a good idea.

Look at Jason S's suggestion to ditch those three items- no need for them.

If you wear your merino base layers on the hike in you'll likely be a sweat ball of stink! Unless it's really cold, pack them in and we less than you think you need on the hike in.

Good luck- it looks to me like you're in good shape equipment/plan wise.

add a couple of zip ties to attach the tag or for repair.

you could wrap the tape on the tripod or the lighter or something. this way you only take as much as you might use, and it cuts down on the number of items to search through.

tool or tools for the repair items [allens]

a knife in kill kit?

does the stove have a container to heat water in?

i rarely take a filter now days either.

and i would make sure the buddy has enough to eat fresh meat in camp. foil spices or what ever floats yer boat. aint nothing like fresh.
