Yes, I'm using Fed 210M in mineI haven't tried this, but was told using non magnum primers would speed up my 6.5 prc velocities. Anyone load non mag primers?

Win lrp is pretty much a magnum primer. Wins run hot.I’m using Fed 210 right now with the 144 LRHT, if I had enough of them I’d be using Winchester LRP.
Interesting. I would have thought the magnum primers would increase speedThat has been the case with my Tikka Roughtech.
I called Hammer Bullets, they told me that would be the case, that proved to be true.
Thanks. Yea makes sense. Did you see any differences between the the powders? ImI just ran a side by side with H1000 and N565 with federal LRP and MLRP, they were close all the way through with both powders. Both loads with 58.5gr had more velocity with magnum primers.

Wish I could find some. Not really. I loaded 10x with each powder at 58.5gr to take out tomorrow and shoot for groups at 100/600. N565 had a bit more speed but I don’t know if it was a fluke or not. They both were still pretty gentle loads to shoot and didn’t hit pressure using ADG brass. I did load two more with N565 to see if I stopped just below pressure, the day I went out to do the initial pressure test the heat index went from 84 to 101 in about 70 minutes so I didn’t want to push it. Tomorrow morning it’s supposed to be back in the 70s at 7am so we’ll see.

I also have Tikka Roughtech 6.5 PRC )) But I trust Reloading more, so I bought VV565 powder and Hornady 147, 153 A-Tip bullets. I want to tune one of these bulletsGood shooting! I have a Tikka Roughtech 6.5 PRC that shoots that load well also.
I took a good Axis back in May, one shot, down for the count!
Nope. Standard spec COAL. No crunch/compression using Hornady and ADG brass.Question for you guys fitting 58-59 grains N565 in with the 156. Are you loading longer COAL than 2.955”?
