6.5 creedmoor swift Scirocco II accuracy issues

I recently shot my first hand loads with the 130 grain swift scirocco and unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with the accuracy. I heard that they like to be seated deep. My overall length was 2.714 which was the same out of my factory Barnes ttsx 120 grain cartridges that shot great. I was also using 42 grains of Winchester StaBall 6.5. does anyone have any recommendations on how to get better accuracy? Also this was my starting load. I will probably jump to 43 or 44 grains and see which shoots better.
