I agree with this.
I love the 6.5 Creedmoor, but it is not well-suited for THAT task.
Pronghorn & Deer beyond 400? Yes!
Elk up to 400? Maybe.
Sound like a good excuse for a new rifle.
But if you are going to stick with the 6.5 Creedmoor, I would go with 127 LRX or 143 ELD-X.
