Id personally put it toward a KUIU Super Down Burner Parka. Got some cold weather hunts coming up and $800 is quite the investment. For $300 out of pocket thatd be a much easier buy.

That would go a long ways toward my pack upgrade and I’ve also been shopping for a new 22, so one of those! Just make it count for something instead of $500 worth of small junk you probably don’t need

If you don't need anything specific I'd probably use the money to buy a bunch of dehydrated meals from Peak or whatever you like the most.

I'd personally put the money towards some new boots because that's what I need this year!

This is a pretty good idea that never occurred to me. I spent a lot of money on Peak Refuels last season...It's much easier to spend money on them when they actually taste good.

Buy something for the wife! It will pay dividends far beyond the $500!

She got her own $500 too. Not sure if she's really come with anything to spend it on either. We'd already booked a week in Florida for March. We could certainly put the money towards some activities/food there.

We got a gift card from work this year for a "thank you". I got a digital one so it can be used about anywhere. They expire in a few months so it's a use it or lose it. I've found myself in this odd situation of not knowing what to buy. Hunting seasons are over and I don't really need any gear upgrades. Xmas is done and over with.

So, you got $500 bucks - what would you do with it?
